Crumbl Corner: Rising to the challenge of a new reporting deadline
When Crumbl moved the monthly reporting deadline from the 25th to the 15th, our team jumped into action.
We worked closely with Crumbl Corporate to advocate for earlier access to the data needed to meet the new timeline—a change that ultimately benefits all Crumbl stores and their accounting firms. During the first month, we alerted Crumbl to numerous stores requiring data updates, yet still met the new 15th deadline. By the second month, Crumbl’s internal data was available much sooner, with only a few stores lagging behind.
The Certus team executed the monthly close process smoothly, sent reports on time, and earned Crumbl’s appreciation for proactively communicating and partnering to improve the system for everyone. With reporting now completed earlier each month, we have more time to review your books in detail, identify trends, and keep your financials clean, clear, and tax-ready.
